Infrastructure / Senior Support engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for our clients, ensuring seamless operation of their IT systems. This role requires a strong understanding of computer networking, desktop support, and various technical tools to effectively resolve issues and enhance user experience.

My leading client is seeking a bright technical individual to join a tight knit technical team.

You will be based in Exeter providing IT Support to users as well as being instrumental in numerous IT projects orientated around the MS / Cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to users and contribute to IT projects focused on Microsoft and cloud technologies.
• Perform general daily duties around AD, Office 365, Windows Server, VMware, and security administration, while managing multiple technical projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient 2nd or 3rd line engineer with desire to build on AD, Office 365, Azure, Security, WAN, LAN and general IT support knowledge.
• Able to work in a highly technical and professional environment where you will be supported and rewarded for your efforts and commitment.
• Excellent communication skills; right to work in the UK; willing to pass security check.
• Must be able to drive and work on site in Exeter.
