Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for a variety of construction projects
• Analyse project plans, specifications, and other documentation
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and contractors to ensure best pricing
• Track and manage tender submissions and responses
• Support bid teams with pricing strategies and risk assessments
