Technical Sales Engineer - UK & Ireland

Location: UK & Ireland

Viridis Talent are retained by a leading renewable energy manufacturer to recruit a Technical Sales Engineer to act as a main point of contact for customers across the UK & Ireland. This position provides product and technical sales support, focusing on ground-mounted solar PV mounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and product support to customers, distributors, and partners
• Deliver training sessions, webinars, and client visits
• Support with certification and testing applications
• Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions
• Assist in project coordination for ground mount, tracker, and carport projects
• Use PV design software to create solutions tailored to client requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years' PV rooftop structures experience in the UK or Europe
• Strong knowledge of solar PV design software and mounting systems
• Familiarity with UK and EU norms, standards, and certifications
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Comfortable delivering technical training to groups
• Willingness to travel regularly within the UK & Ireland
