Overview

3 month Temp to perm opportunity. Salary £13-£14 per hour depending upon experience. 5 days on site Monday to Friday. Based at Bellshill. This is initially for a 3 month temporary placement with the intention that the role will go permanent following the initial 3 months.

Our client is currently looking for a Service Coordinator based at their site in Bellshill.

About the business

Our Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) division delivers project solutions, maintenance & service solutions that support customers" manufacturing, cold storage and R&D testing requirements. We are the OEM for SABROE, Frick Compressors & York products with trained engineers located nationally providing project solutions along with planned, preventative & reactive works to our target markets being meat, poultry, food manufacturing, beverage, cold storage, general manufacturing, leisure, pharmaceutical & automotive.

Responsibilities
  • Overall Engineer scheduling
  • Engineers Utilisation (Time & Attendance)
  • Engineer Planner Management
  • Engineer Timesheet Processing
  • Raising Jobs - Maintenance, Quoted & Reactive
  • Parts Ordering
  • Communicating with Customers (Verbally and in Writing)
  • Obtaining Customer POs
  • Key Customer - System Management
  • Maintaining Customer KPIs
  • Customer Invoicing
  • Customer Quotations / Estimates (Driven from Engineer Timesheets)
  • WIP Management
  • Maintaining Engineer Training Matrix
  • Accounts Receivable / Payable Management
  • EHS Management
  • FGAS Legislation Compliance
