A dedicated care provider in the Rochford Area is seeking compassionate Support Workers for Learning Disabilities. This role involves assisting individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence, and collaborating with families and professionals. Flexible contracts of either 20 or 40 hours per week are available. Experience is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided.
