A leading educational institution in Leeds is seeking Support Workers for 30 hours per week to provide essential support for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The role involves establishing supportive relationships with vulnerable students and implementing strategies to address emotional and behavioral challenges. Duties will include working in the classroom to provide support for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring that they can integrate as fully as possible in learning activities alongside their mainstream peers. Using intervention techniques to manage emotional and behavioural issues will form a large part of the role.

Training: You will receive induction training and additional training in specific difficulties such as dyslexia and ADHD.
