A boutique hotel in Edinburgh is seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team and ensure high standards of food quality. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of cooking experience, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive problem-solving attitude. This full-time role offers a salary starting from £34,000 per year, including bonuses and benefits like discounted meals.
Senior Sous Chef. GBP34 to 44k (including bonus and Tronc). The Raeburn was built in 1832 as an elegant Georgian family home and has now been transformed into an exquisite boutique hotel. Boasting ten bedrooms, bar, dining, library, private dining and outdoor terraces, it is the only one of its kind in the area. We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Sous Chef who can contribute to a creative, highly personal approach and superb locally sourced quality food. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and creative, with strong leadership/management abilities, and the ability to fill the role of Head Chef when required.
