A leading global hospitality brand is seeking a passionate Sous Chef for its NYnLON bistro at the Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars. The ideal candidate will support the Head Chef, manage kitchen shifts, and ensure high-quality dish preparation while maintaining strict hygiene standards. Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is located directly outside Blackfriars station, a few minutes away from Bank and is a short stroll from St. Paul’s Cathedral, the Tate Modern and South Bank. The Grade II-listed five-star hotel is steeped in regal history, residing on the former grounds of King Henry VIII's Bridewell Palace. The hotel offers 205 stylish guest rooms and suites, 4 meeting spaces, 1 restaurant and 1 signature bar.
