Our client is giving talented chefs the chance to step away from the intensity of commercial kitchens and bring their skills into a calm, supportive environment where quality truly matters. As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Corporate Catering Manager to help deliver a smooth, efficient kitchen service. You’ll play a key part in shaping menus that promote wellbeing, support recovery, and provide freshly prepared meals for both patients and staff. When required, you’ll also take the lead in the kitchen, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the day.
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, between 6.30am - 6.30pm
