We require experienced Social Workers to join our teams who are making a daily difference to the lives of the people we serve. If you are passionate about making a positive and lasting difference for the people of Hull, we would like to hear from you!
You will provide high quality social work practice, ensuring individuals have a solution focussed plan towards achieving their goals and maintaining their wellbeing. As an experienced worker, you will provide and support expert and effective social work practice in complex situations, assessing and managing high levels of risk and providing expert opinion in relation to decisions surrounding complex cases. You will undertake a professional leadership role taking responsibility for the learning and development of others, through leadership and management, supervision, mentoring, assessing and teaching.
There are various hours available both full time and part time which can be discussed during the interview process and we will consider requests for flexible working - see the attached document.
We provide a range of benefits to motivate, reward and recognise the valuable work of our employees including the cost of your registration reimbursed annually.
