Site Manager - Permanent Regional Contractor Sheffield | GBP50k - GBP55k + Car / Allowance + Benefits

This role oversees the successful delivery of a retirement village project in Sheffield, managing all aspects of site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team, coordinate with trades, and ensure health and safety compliance across the site.

• Oversee the delivery of the retirement village project in Sheffield and manage day-to-day site operations.
• Lead a team, coordinate with trades and subcontractors, and ensure work is carried out to schedule and quality standards.
• Maintain health and safety compliance across the site.
• Monitor progress and contribute to keeping projects on time and within budget.

• Proven experience in Site Management within the construction/build sector
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
• Ability to oversee multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing budgets and schedules
