Join Our Team as a Site Manager! We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee on-site activities, ensure projects are delivered on time, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality. Must have experience in commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors and site staff
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
• Monitor progress and produce site reports as required
• Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification (or equivalent)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
