Site Manager - Regional Construction Contractor (North West)

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car or Car Allowance + Benefits

Role Overview

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Site Manager role within the construction industry.
  • Qualifications:
    • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - essential.
    • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card - essential.
    • First Aid at Work.
  • Degree, HNC, or HND in Construction Management or related discipline - desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in using construction management software and project systems.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
