Site Manager - High End Residential Refurbishment - Surrey / Hamps

Location: Farnham, Surrey projects

Salary: Up to £65,000 + package

We are currently seeking a Site Manager to join a respected construction business delivering prestigious high-end residential refurbishment projects in Surrey. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex schemes valued up to several million pounds and to work with a collaborative, experienced senior team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on high-end residential refurbishment projects in Farnham
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and site resources to ensure smooth delivery of works
• Ensure health & safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project programmes are achieved
• Act as the key point of contact on site for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Report progress to senior management and work closely with commercial teams to resolve issues
