  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to propose effective technical solutions that meet business goals.

  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager – Ecommerce and Digital to contribute to the digital roadmap, offering strategic input aligned with annual operating plan (AOP) objectives.

  • Manage and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and performance excellence.

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, workflows, and project tracking materials.

  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and innovation within the department, leveraging technology to optimize performance.

Training and Professional Development
  • Champion Disney’s culture of integrity, inclusion, and innovation, acting as an ambassador for DDI and The Walt Disney Company.

  • Promote a collaborative team environment, valuing diverse and sharing best practices.

  • Take ownership of professional growth through regular career conversations, learning resources, and on-the-job development.

  • Encourage and oversee the professional development of direct reports, providing regular feedback and ensuring they have the tools and resources to thrive.

  • Actively engage with other Disney business units to broaden understanding of TWDC’s operations and strategic direction.

Areas of Accountability
  • Accountable to the Technical Account Manager and Senior Manager – Ecommerce and Digital.

  • Responsible for the delivery of technology projects against agreed goals, timelines, and budgets.

  • Responsible for cultivating productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders globally.

  • Accountable for the supervision, development, and performance of direct reports.

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required

  • Demonstrable experience writing clear, comprehensive technical documentation and specifications.

  • Proficiency with issue‑tracking tools such as JIRA.
