• 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with mechanical services design principles.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical building services projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee design, estimating, procurement, and delivery phases.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Report regularly to company Directors on project progress.
• Conduct site visits across the UK as required.
