In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of materials, components, and documentation that support critical aerospace engineering and manufacturing projects.

The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, technical expertise in aerospace standards, and the ability to work cross-functionally to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

• Track supplier progress against purchase orders and delivery schedules to ensure on‑time project completion.
• Monitor milestones, elevate delays when needed, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.

• Act as the central liaison between operations, procurement, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• Facilitate meetings, manage follow‑ups, and ensure seamless communication across teams to resolve any project‑related issues.

• Maintain accurate records of supplier data, change orders, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to AS9100 and other aerospace quality standards.

• Identify potential project delays and risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.
• Assist with supplier evaluations and manage payment tracking.

You are an experienced, detail‑oriented professional with a background in project coordination, expediting, or supply chain management within the aerospace or manufacturing industries. You thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment and are adept at problem‑solving to keep projects on track.

• 2–5 years’ experience in project coordination, expediting, or supply chain within aerospace or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of aerospace quality standards (AS9100 / ISO 9100).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Project, Word).
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

• Standard Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 (Monday to Thursday), 08:00 – 13:00 (Friday)
• Flexible Start Times: Between 06:00 – 08:00 (subject to management discretion)
• Overtime (at management discretion):
  • First 10 hours paid at x1.5
  • Any additional hours paid at x2
