Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 3 years focused on HR systems.
• Proven experience with HR systems, specifically SuccessFactors.
• Strong project management and organizational skills are essential.

• Lead end to end delivery of HR system implementation and upgrades.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and vendors.
