• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services.
• Experience on complex commercial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical installation from strip-out through to commissioning.
• Coordinate closely with electrical teams and other trades on-site.
• Ensure work is delivered on time, to spec, and within budget.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage subcontractors, materials, and site logistics.
