Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in delivering CAPEX tasks on time and within budget.
• Background in Chemical or Process Manufacturing, ideally with COMAH experience.
• Knowledge of HSE and UK engineering regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from engineering through construction and commissioning.
• Identify and secure required resources across Maintenance, SHE, Technical, and Operations.
• Oversee the development of the functional strategy with Senior Leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement opportunities with the team.
• Support and manage contractors for alignment with scope and standards.
• Review safety and regulatory compliance including COMAH and Process Safety.
• Initiate Process Hazard Analyses as per regulations.
• Build strong relationships with teams, partners, clients, and stakeholders.
