Job summary
A leading retail company in Northern Ireland seeks customer service associates to assist customers in product selection and manage store operations. The position will include, but will not be limited to the following duties:Assisting customers with the selection of products and determining their needs accordingly.Meeting individual and store targets.Merchandising and replenishing stock as required, whilst maintaining high shop floor standards.
- Receiving and booking in faulty devices.
- Cashing up and closing systems down.
- Advising customers on suitable products that best meet their needs.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Process customer payments.
- Undertaking cleaning and housekeeping duties as and when required.
- Assisting with deliveries.
- Operating the tills, handling financial transactions including exchanges and following cashing up procedures.
- Minimum of 2 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and Maths.
- Previous retail/customer service experience is essential.
- Experience in the use of EPOS systems.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- High levels of accuracy and use of grammar.
- Must be flexible throughout the week.
- Passionate about mobile phones and customer service.
