A global cybersecurity leader is seeking a Sales Engineering Enablement Business Partner in Westminster. This role focuses on empowering Sales Engineering teams by providing the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools. You will define tailored enablement plans, deliver crucial training, and manage enablement initiatives to enhance team productivity. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in technical sales enablement and strong communication skills, with a base salary range of £56,000-£84,000 plus benefits.
The Sales Engineering Enablement Business Partner reports to the Senior Director of Field & Productivity Enablement and will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our Global Enablement and Sales Engineering. Your mission is to empower our sales engineers with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to excel in their roles while creating technical value for our customers.
The base salary range for this position is £56,000-£84,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
