Regional Sales Manager

We're on the hunt for a true sales leader who has the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a number of Area Sales Representatives. If you're motivated by results and love to lead from the front, then is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering and managing profitable sales growth with your designated region
  • Leading, developing and driving the performance of your Area Sales Team
  • Attending joint customer service visits and regular KPI meetings
  • Developing and monitoring sales systems and procedures and making recommendations for improvements
  • Compiling sales reports for the Regional Sales Director
What We’re Looking for
  • A proven track record in sales within the Hire and Construction related industries.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading and developing field sales teams is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare proposals and deliver presentations at a senior level.
  • Proven negotiation skills and a focus on exceeding customers’ expectations.
  • A high degree of proficiency in MS Office and experience of using CRM software.
  • A driving licence is essential as is a flexible approach to work due to regular travel.
