The Opportunity :
Our award-winning dealership seeks a positive, confident, and sales-driven individual to join the Finance, Insurance, and Retention team. We are committed to helping customers secure optimal financing and insurance options. You will represent the world's leading brand - VW. Full training, support, and guidance will be provided throughout the training period and beyond.
Duties :
- Sales of Finance Products : Present and sell financing options to customers, explaining terms and conditions clearly and effectively.
- Insurance Sales : Offer and explain various insurance products.
- Customer Interaction : Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored financial solutions. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Compliance and Documentation : Ensure all transactions comply with regulations. Maintain accurate records of all financial and insurance transactions.
- Product Knowledge : Stay updated on the latest finance and insurance products and services to provide knowledgeable information to customers.
- Customer Service : Focus on improving customer retention.
- Team Work : Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer journey.
- Customer Satisfaction : Analyze feedback and behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
- Customer Loyalty : Build loyalty programs, win-back campaigns, and satisfaction initiatives.
Requirements :
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or finance industry (not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial information and credit reports.
- High level of customer service and relationship-building skills.
- 'Customer First' and 'Can Do' attitude.
- Willingness to undergo police and credit checks.
