Responsibilities
- Managing 8-10 new inbound applications per day
- Running consultative qualification calls – quickly determining fit against funding eligibility and programme suitability
- Guiding applicants through the full journey – initial consultation, assessment, compliance documents, enrolment
- Owning your pipeline in our CRM – nothing slips, nothing gets stale
- Ensuring all funding paperwork is accurate and complete – this role sits at the intersection of sales and compliance
- Hitting a monthly enrolment target of 15-20 learners
- Identifying opportunities to expand within applicants’ organisations – if one person from a company is a fit, others might be too
Career Progression
- Phase 1 (Months 0-6): Master the inbound machine – become an expert on our products, funding rules, and consultative closing.
- Phase 2 (Months 6-12+): Once you’ve proven you can close warm leads consistently, you’ll have the option to move into proactive B2B sales – hunting larger commercial deals and corporate partnerships, with higher commission tiers and strategic responsibility.

- 1-2+ years in admissions, recruitment, or consultative sales
- Comfortable with high volume – 8-10 new leads per day, 50-60 dials, constant context-switching
- Process-driven and detail-oriented – you can manage a CRM perfectly while handling complex compliance documents
- Strong communicator who can qualify quickly and build trust fast

Compensation & Location
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 base (depending on experience). Commission: Realistic OTE of £55,000-£65,000 in Year 1 (uncapped). Location: Fully remote or with some time at our office in London near Liverpool St Station. Eligibility: Unrestricted right to work in the UK required. We cannot offer visa sponsorship.
