Responsibilities
  • Develop sales plans for Europe region and drive sales to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Establish and maintain professional connects with existing and new customers and engage as trusted advisor
  • Strategy, planning, oversight, consulting of emerging technology solutions in ServiceNow IT Workflows and Platform/App Engine, You will be accountable for the overall ServiceNow order book across the assigned portfolio of accounts within the region.
  • Engage with the CXOs and business owners and build strong customer relationships.
  • Create a deep understanding of the client's business, their challenges, and strategies within their existing Servicenow setup.
  • Work effectively with a globally distributed technical and Servicenow pre‑sales team in shaping proactive opportunities, RFP/RFI responses, solutions, and presentations.
  • Lead generation working with alliances, marketing and through professional network.
  • Work with the individual account teams to create Business Development Plans for the account and joint execution with respect to Servicenow portfolio.
Qualifications
  • High‑energy driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude with rich experience in selling IT solutions.
  • Ability to sell an evolving and expanding lineup of integrated products around Salesforce that scales to meet customer’s need.
  • Strong Exposure to interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area.
  • Good Understanding of domain and Servicenow application & platform capabilities, Over 10‑15 years of experience in Technology Sales.
  • Good credentials working with leading customers in region.
  • 10+ experience in Sales/Pre‑sales architecting, developing and implementing solutions in ServiceNow of ServiceNow enabled solutions.
  • Experience of working with ServiceNow Partners and Alliance teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in working in global delivery model.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow‑up communications designed to increase customer interest in Servicenow product and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with CEMs and Account Managers to build a pipeline across multiple product lines.
  • Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user‑centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
