A leading training provider in the UK is seeking an ambitious Sales Executive for their Event Bookings Department in Peterborough. This office-based role involves making outbound calls to qualified trade business owners to book them onto training events. The ideal candidate will possess proven B2B telesales experience and a strong ability to close sales. The role offers a competitive salary package and a high-performance culture focused on continuous development.
Location: Peterborough (Office-Based)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 basic | £75,000 - £100,000 OTE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (plus 1 Saturday per month on a rota)

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive to join our Event Bookings Department.
You will be speaking directly with trade business owners (plumbing, heating, electrical, building, construction etc.) who have enquired through our paid marketing channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram). These are hot, qualified B2B leads, and your job is to book them onto our £97 Discovery Day training events.
This is a fast‑paced, high‑energy sales role where you will be targeted on booking five tickets per day. If you're competitive, resilient, and thrive in a KPI‑driven environment, this role is for you.
Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary and £75,000 - £100,000 OTE.
