Senior / Associate Director Building Surveyor – Commercial & Industrial
We are currently working with an expanding medium sized project and building consultancy who bring a fresh innovative approach to surveying and have an exceptional tier one client base including leading industrial investor / developers, landed estates and commercial property developers / managers. Established in the years before the pandemic they have expanded to c.20 people and are looking for a Senior / Associate Director level Building Surveyor to join their London office.
Remuneration:
£60,000 - £75,000 + Bonus 15% - 20%

The Role:
The Senior / Associate Director level Building Surveyor will ideally be chartered with 3 / 4 years post qualification experience. The role will oversee the project management and contracts administration of fit-out and refurbishment projects valued between £100,000 and c.£5 million. Additional work will include technical due diligence, dilapidation and some pre-acquisition surveys and development monitoring.
Their sector focus is all private within the industrial / warehouse, retail, student accommodation and office with key clients across London and the Thames Valley.
