Newly created position due to growth, within a leading STEM-sectors recruitment firm. In this varied role, you\'ll take responsibility for driving revenue growth, through multiple channels, including new business acquisition and improving share-of-wallet within existing clients. You\'ll be a key member of the senior leadership team; directly influencing the strategic growth of the business.

Our client is a leading player within STEM/technical sectors recruitment. They are in a strong financial position, with the resources available for significant growth over the medium term. You\'d be joining them at an exciting time in this pivotal role.

You will be a seasoned and credible recruitment professional, with a proven track record in STEM recruitment. (Relevant sector experience is essential). You will be comfortable interfacing with c-suite clients and you\'ll be used to managing a sales or bids team – in a sales director or similar role – previously.
