Job summary
A leading retail company in Gainsborough is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to help lead the store team and optimize sales results. You will be responsible for motivating and coaching your colleagues while ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. Ideal candidates should have supervisory experience, strong sales abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service. This position offers a competitive salary between £27,000 and £34,830 OTE, along with various benefits including training and development opportunities.

- Motivate and coach the store team alongside the Store Manager.
