Interim Commercial Partnerships Director

My client is looking for Interim Partnerships Director who will play a critical role in enabling and driving professional customer relationships and growth opportunities, to support their strategic business plan. This role is for a minimum of 6 months but will go permanent for the right person with scope for a group wide role.

Role:

You will develop the partnerships strategy for the Professionals team that will significantly increase the corporate business performance, building long term strategic relationships with their corporate groups and maximising opportunities to aid the development of their products and propositions.

With clear sight of the group vision and strategy this role will support the business in defining and delivering on BU initiatives - to include sales pipeline and tools, customer experience and wider product and proposition feedback - working closely with teams from across the business to deliver growth.

You will play a key strategic role in developing the partnerships strategy, interpreting and adding value to the customer requirements - driving sustainability in our client's customer proposition, develop the growth in corporate partnerships and existing pipelines, take ownership for the development and ongoing management of the partnership delivery roadmap and BU interlock plans.

Provide a key role in development of new propositions and products that create value for our client's customers and maximise opportunities, support the wider business with partnerships frameworks and guidance to support the business plan.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of building credible relationships with key stakeholders - across the business and with external partners, adding value and influencing positive change. You will have an ability to lead cross functional teams at all levels. Excellent knowledge of partnerships frameworks and strategies through generalist and business development / Sales and Marketing experience.

You will drive results, be action oriented and can drive projects through to completion. The candidate will have an ability to work in an environment which includes multiple and conflicting priorities and specific time constraints (*until the proposed new business operating model has been implemented). You will be a team player and have the ability and desire to collaborate effectively
