East Region Head of Fostering — Strategic Leader
Job summary
A leading fostering organisation is seeking a visionary Head of Fostering to lead their East Region based in Thetford. The successful candidate will manage operations teams, ensure strategic goals are met, and act as the Registered Manager. Responsibilities include driving organizational strategy, maintaining quality standards, and liaising with local authorities to foster partnerships. Ideal candidates will have a Social Work Degree, significant management experience, and knowledge of Fostering Regulations. A competitive salary package including a £100 car allowance is offered.
