Job summary

A leading global real estate services firm is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Advisor to join their workplace services team in Oxford, UK. The successful candidate will support EHS management across the UK sites, ensuring compliance with legislation and promoting safe practices. This role involves mentoring site personnel, conducting audits, and delivering training programs. Ideal candidates will have a NEBOSH certificate, experience in EHS, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role within a chemical production, laboratory or ATEX process environments.
  • Strong knowledge of COSHH, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness.
  • Experience with development and delivery of EHS training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mentorship and guidance on EHS matters.
  • Support risk assessments and management of hazardous substances.
  • Undertake audits to identify potential hazards.
  • Assist in investigations and ensure corrective actions.
  • Maintain EHS documentation and records.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and environmental monitoring.
