Job summary

A leading healthcare technology company is seeking a Clinical Training Manager to support Synapse 3D, focusing on providing clinical training and support to end users and sales channels. This field-based role requires extensive travel across Europe (up to 80%). The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Radiology or Surgical departments, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of Healthcare IT is essential, and fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical or commercial fields related to Radiology or Surgical departments.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Italian, German, or Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical training and support to end users and sales channels.
• Organise and conduct workshops for the Synapse 3D product portfolio.
• Manage Key Opinion Leader relationships to drive account conversions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and product performance in the field.
