- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position in iGaming, gambling, forex, crypto, or fintech.
- Understanding of the PSP industry and knowledge of effective channels for finding payment providers.
- Experience in setting up payment processing from scratch and managing payment cascading.

- Searching for and integrating PSP providers (CIS).
- Conducting competitor analysis.
- Controlling and optimizing payment conversion.
