Qualifications

• Extensive senior experience in governance, legal, risk and compliance leadership.
• Proven track record working with Boards, Committees and Executive teams.
• Strong knowledge of the UK housing or regulated sector, and relevant legislation.

• Championing regulatory compliance and embedding good governance across all areas of operation.
• Leading the design and continuous improvement of governance and compliance frameworks.
• Acting as a senior advisor on regulatory engagement and policy development.
