Job title: Private Client Partner

Salary: £90,000-£110,000+ DOE

PQE Level: 10+ PQE

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Private Client Partner to join a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm client. This is a rare opportunity to take a leading role in shaping the future of our Private Client offering, with full support from a progressive leadership team and a strong platform for growth.

You will bring a proven track record in advising HNW and UHNW individuals on complex estate planning, tax, trusts, probate, and succession matters. Experience with international clients, family offices, and cross-border structures is highly desirable. You'll be confident in managing and developing client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to strategic business development.

• Lead and develop the Private Client practice, shaping strategy and growth.
• Advise HNW/UHNW individuals on estate planning, tax, trusts, probate, and succession matters.
• Manage and develop client relationships; contribute to business development.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers; foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Work with international clients, family offices, and cross-border structures as required.

• 10+ years PQE (or equivalent level).
• Proven track record in private client advisory for HNW/UHNW individuals.
• Experience with international clients, family offices, and cross-border matters highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, business development, and relationship-management skills.
