The Responsibilities
  • Lead the firm’s client relationship programmes, with particular focus on high-value and fast-growth clients.
  • Take lead on client team meetings, conducting client development conversations, and implementing growth strategies.
  • Understand clients’ business strategies and legal needs through targeted research, to inform growth strategies and client relationship initiatives.
  • Encourage and support lawyers in holding strategic meetings with clients, helping them plan and act on opportunities for growth and relationship development.
  • Deliver the client listening programme, including conducting client interviews and using insights to improve services.
  • Work with BD, marketing, and product teams to align firm activities with client needs and business drivers.
  • Engage in client-facing activities, including attending meetings and events to deepen client relationships and understand their needs.
  • Manage and mentor Client Relationship Executives, fostering a team-oriented approach.
The Candidate
  • Previous experience working within a legal/professional services environment.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management within professional services, including pitch preparation and coaching.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects with enthusiasm and a results-driven approach.
  • Skilled in data analysis, with experience using PowerBI, Excel, and CRM systems.
