Blue Legal are working closely with a distinguished international law firm who are seeking a new Global Senior Client Relationship Manager to join their leading Business Development and Marketing team. The role holder will collaborate and work closely with the firm’s key partners to strengthen new and existing client relationships, with the goal of driving revenue growth.

The Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute relationship strategies for key clients, collaborating with partners to strengthen and expand key client connections.
  • Create and implement integrated account plans, aligning client teams, industry groups, and services to increase the firm’s share of client legal spend and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead client team meetings, build relationships with key client decision-makers, and provide guidance to partners on maintaining and mapping critical client connections.
  • Conduct in-depth client research, track financial performance, and leverage CRM systems to identify opportunities.
  • Assist in creating client proposals and presentations, and promote best practices within the team.

The Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
  • Extensive experience in key account management, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
  • Demonstrated passion for client relationships, strong business development skills, and experience with high-value panel reviews.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills at senior levels.
  • Strong organisational, project management, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical and reporting skills.
