Franchised Motor Dealership – Bolton

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced and successful Sales Manager for their prestigious dealership based in Bolton.

Working closely with a team of Sales Executives and Business Managers, the Sales Manager ensures the delivery of exceptional service that puts the customer at the heart of everything they do.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operation of the Sales Department
• Stock control, used car valuations, competitor analysis and pricing
• Forecourt display, internet advertising, second facing customer and deal generation
• Drive the team forward and generate opportunities

About You

• Proven experience at this level with a high-performing, dynamic Sales Manager background
• Natural ability to create instant rapport with customers, building long-lasting relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Clean driving licence

Compensation

Salary: £41k Basic | £79k OTE
