Job summary

A reputable Agricultural machinery business in United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Field Sales Account Manager to expand sales revenue across the South West UK. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, especially in the Agriculture sector, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role offers remote working options and the chance to work with a strong customer base of over 10,000 clients. Competitive compensation with an uncapped commission structure is provided.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales & Account Management experience in a field-based role.
  • Experience selling to Farmers in Agriculture, Agronomy or Grounds Maintenance.
  • Strong IT computer skills, including CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory sales targets for Agricultural products.
  • Build long-term business relationships with Farming companies.
  • Lead generation and conversion in the defined territory.
  • Attend industry exhibitions to represent the company.
  • Update records and maintain CRM with accurate information.
