A well-established manufacturer in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide expert advice and support on HR and payroll matters. This role involves recruitment activities, managing payroll, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employment laws and experience with HR/payroll software. Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer, they are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join their team. Your role will be to give expert advice and support to both employees and management on a range of HR and payroll related matters.
Location: Working from home, and Hybrid between 2 sites (near Barnsley and Burton on Trent).
Salary: GBP30,000
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, daytime hours, flexible start and finish times.
