A leading NHS Trust in Maidstone is seeking a highly motivated Senior HR Advisor to join its dynamic HR team. The post involves managing operational caseloads, providing professional support to HR Business Partners, and handling complex Employee Relations issues. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have relevant HR experience. This full-time role offers an opportunity to contribute to the Trust's mission of delivering exceptional care to the mental health community.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. To provide a professional, comprehensive, and timely Employee Relations service to Directorates or Corporate departments and to ensure the HR Business Unit delivers an exceptional, professional, effective, and efficient service to the Trust as measured by internal service level agreements or key performance indicators.
To take the lead on specific areas e.g. Agenda for Change, Equality and Diversity, Recruitment, and HR communications as directed by the Employee Relations Manager.
The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
We have a 12-month full-time Fixed Term post & full-time permanent post.
