TMF is delighted to confirm that on 1st April 2025 it joined Enable, one of Scotland’s leading charities who has been championing the rights of individuals for over 70 years. Enable’s mission is to work for an equal society where everyone has the right to live, work and participate in the communities of their choice. Across the charity’s three pillars, they deliver self-directed health and social care support with Enable Cares; employability and training services with Enable Works; and community projects and campaigns with Enable Communities.

Hi, I’m Max and I live in De Paul House. Having a full flat to myself in the project gives me my own space and I have the option to come to communal areas if I want to, so it is a good balance.

I enjoy going on activities like paintballing and go-karting. I also like meeting up with my keyworker for key sessions. I am focused on getting my own tenancy and spend time with the staff to achieve my goals and outcomes to work towards my move on journey.

I am very independent but ask for help when I need it with things like budgeting and harm reduction.

Are you ready to make a real difference to me and people like me?

To ensure 24 hour support is provided to the people we support the role of project worker does include sleepovers.

As Project Worker at De Paul House you will poses excellent communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to adapt approach to each person we support to ensure a person centred and trauma informed approach. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and proactive who shares our values of Life, Justice and Community and feels passionate about supporting young people to thrive and go through their own journey to independent living.
