Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Project HSE Manager to work in Kingston upon Thames. This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The ideal candidate must have significant experience in HSE management and a relevant degree. The position includes managing a HSE team, ensuring compliance, and conducting audits. Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience working for an IMCA contractor.
- Minimum of 3 years in Project HSE Management.
- Certification in auditing and investigation, preferably Chartered MIOSH.
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing a HSE team.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and conduct internal HSE audits.
- Lead investigations and facilitate HSE readiness reviews.

New Job Opportunity - Project HSE Manager - Contract or Permanent
Our Client has a requirement for a Project HSE Manager who will be required to work on a Permanent or Contract basis in Kingston Upon Thames.
Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days home.
- Managing and Developing a HSE Team
- HSE Contract Administration
- Knowledge of IOGP and IMCA standards
- Subcontractor Management and Evaluation
- Develop and Maintain Project Deliverables
- Facilitate HSE Readiness Reviews
- Ensure Compliance With Contractual and Regulatory Requirements
- Plan and Conduct Internal HSE Audits
- Lead Investigations
- Education: Degree level Qualification as well as HSE Qualification i.e Nebosh.
- Experience: At least 3 years working for an IMCA contractor and at least 3 years Project HSE Management experience.
