A leading financial services firm in West Yorkshire seeks a Senior Disaster Recovery Specialist to join their business continuity team. This hybrid role requires strong expertise in disaster recovery and business continuity. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to disaster recovery policies, participating in project delivery, and executing recovery procedures. The position offers a competitive salary around £65k and requires membership in BCI (MBCI).
An opportunity to join a major Financial Services group in a crucial role, working in their business continuity team and taking particular responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery policies and solutions.
Day‑to‑day duties include working closely with technical teams, third‑party vendors and business stakeholders to ensure that disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) are embedded in every project and initiative across the organisation. You will:
You will need a strong background in DR and BC environments and particular expertise working in a relevant role. Membership in BCI (MBCI) is a mandatory requirement.
The role is based in West Yorkshire and is hybrid – you must be in the office a couple of days a week. The base salary is around £65 k.
