First Military Recruitment is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager on behalf of one of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead and successfully deliver projects while managing client relationships, including business development.
2. Proven experience in construction project management and managing professional teams.
3. Experience within mixed-use urban redevelopment (commercial office, residential, and placemaking) and/or healthcare is beneficial.
4. Experience across the pre-construction stages of a project.
5. Report writing experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. BSc/MSc in a relevant project management, surveying, or engineering-related subject.
2. Experience as the named NEC ECC Project Manager.
