Our client, a leading technology company based in Cambridge, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their programme management team. The organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a range of cross-functional initiatives within a dynamic and evolving product development setting. • Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple simultaneous product development and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including technical teams, suppliers, and senior leadership.
• Planning & Execution: Create and manage comprehensive project plans, allocate resources effectively, and conduct risk assessments with appropriate mitigation measures.
• Prioritisation & Decision-Making: Balance competing demands across projects, applying sound judgment to sustain progress, quality, and overall objectives.

• Extensive experience in managing complex hardware and technology-focused projects.
• In-depth knowledge of the product development lifecycle, with particular expertise in hardware and embedded systems.
• Strong organisational capability, with a track record of managing multiple priorities in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and bring alignment across diverse, distributed teams.
• Proven accountability, demonstrating ownership of project outcomes and successful delivery.
• Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Jira, MS Project, MS Planner, or similar).
