Position

What we are looking for: Are you looking to kickstart or continue your career in project coordination? Our growing company is seeking a motivated Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Technical Account Manager and collaborate with other key team members. Your primary responsibility will be to support the alignment of external and internal tasks, ensuring project delivery deadlines are met for each production release cycle.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent interpersonal skills. We are looking for candidates who are strong administrators and can apply analytical thinking to their day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting technical account manager and other key team members to create and share work plans and timelines.
  • Updating changing priorities between internal and external (customer) systems.
  • Creating new requirements internally and modifying external systems to match when required.
  • Handling and effectively communicating update requests to various teams.
  • Managing documentation - release notes / functional specs to be stored in correct folders for future reference.
  • Updating calls with details of software releases and managing other release admin tasks.
  • Assisting with supplier organisation / calls / changes.
  • Carrying out various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Co-ordinating release activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build an understanding of the travel industry to facilitate the role.
  • Learn the ATCORE business and ATCOM system and components.
