We are looking for a highly skilled Programme Manager with a strong background in banking and finance, specializing in Data Security. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead large-scale projects within a dynamic environment, ensuring that data security frameworks are robust, compliant, and effective across all financial operations.
- Lead and manage end-to-end data security programmes within banking and financial services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, establish requirements, and implement secure data management solutions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities to meet regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and strategic recommendations.
- Continuously improve data security practices by staying up to date with the latest industry trends and regulations.
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager in the banking and finance sector.
- Strong expertise in Data Security, including governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).
- Excellent knowledge of data protection methodologies and industry best practices.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
